The Philatelic Foundation has become renowned for their expertizing services. In the 1980s-1990s, the Philatelic Foundation issued the The Philatelic Foundation Bulletin which was distributed and sent to Contributing members on a regular basis. These journals contain a wide-array of fascinating, and most importantly, still relevant research articles written on a variety of topics.
